About Ursula McKinley
Ursula Murphy is a professional marketer with 20 years’ experience in Branding, PR, Marketing and Event Management. She spent 13 years at agency working with global brands such as Hilton, Subway and Google, before launching her own business UM Consultants.
A leader in her field, she is a member of the Chartered Institute of PR, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Google graduate and sat on the Marketeers board for Facebook in Europe for the last 5 years.
One of Ursula’s first clients in 2015, was the first mirror photo booth company in Ireland. Seeing a gap in the market between PR, Events, Digital Marketing and Photo Marketing the company was rebranded, relaunched and Ursula became the co-founder of Media Lab NI.
The company currently hosts 19 different photo booth products and utilises a number of software’s to undertake 300 weddings and 200 corporate events each year. In addition, the company manages an array of large corporate activations and permanent installs across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Fast forward 3 years and, she was implementing the marketing for 22 photo booth companies across the world before developing a concept with her business partner Sammy English to help Mirror Booth Owners professionally position and market their business with a monthly marketing subscription website Mirror Booth Club (MBC), which was relaunched in 2022 as www.photoboothmarketing.com an innovative hub for owners and suppliers to come together, learn and grow their businesses collectively – driving our industry forward!
To date Ursula and the team at Photo Booth Marketing has created over 450 professional marketing videos, 6,000 professional marketing images, and mentored in excess of 2,500 owners across the globe. She has helped new owners to grow a sustainable business, and even assisted them in securing many 6 figure jobs.
In additional Ursula has helped to create and launch 170 photo booth brands, their marketing materials and websites.
